We LOVE our new backyard patio and concrete walkway. I wish I could post pics here of the before and after pictures of the work James (J R Scapes) did. First of all, I called James at 10am on a Saturday morning and within 2 hours he was at my home and answered every question (we had alot of them), gave his suggestions, showed us the patio block colors & styles (Techo Bloc) and spent about 1 1/2 hrs. talking with us and gave us a specific dollar breakdown of all the material that would be used. And James saw that we had 2 smaller dogs and suggested that when we were replacing our landscaping rocks/stones, that we should get a smaller, more rounded rocks/stone so it would be easier for our dogs to walk on. Well, it took me and my husband 5 minutes to discuss that James/J R Scapes was “our guy”.
They did a fantastic job. It cost me $55 per lawn service. Jim was an awesome guy. He worked with us extremely closely. He rectified the problems. He was always open to answer questions. He always gave us recommendations. I would recommend him. My experience with Jim was well and it was beyond lawn service.
I have been using them since 2006 and never let down. I have no used them for hardscaping or pavers but have seen the work and its top notch.
